If there’s one thing I’m passionate about, it’s developing products and services that make our clients more successful.

For over two decades Consumer Intelligence have been the market leader in providing insurance market insights, competitor tracking, and channel optimisation. But staying at the top means constantly pushing the boundaries, finding new ways to help our clients compete, trade, and strategise more effectively.

That’s why we kicked off Project SolarFlare a bold initiative to develop new models leveraging the vast and rich datasets we’ve built over time. This isn’t just about building better tools; it’s about using our unique data assets to help clients compete smarter and win bigger.

We’re preparing to launch new services derived from our proprietary Apollo model, hugely leveling up our capabilities in helping clients optimise their price position and stay ahead of the game.

Alongside this, our innovative Postcode Classifier will bring a new depth of insight into geolocation data, introducing a host of new lenses to view the market through and a huge number of new data points for our clients to benchmark themselves against and find opportunities. This offering is unique and we’re excited to bring it to market soon.

Why Now? The Market is Evolving Fast

We’re already the market leader, but we’re not stopping there. Our insights empower clients to benchmark themselves, understand their competitors, and make smarter decisions. But the market is evolving fast. Our clients need tools that can keep up, adapt, and provide even sharper, more actionable insights.

With the power of machine learning, we’re not just enhancing our existing tools—we’re reimagining them. We’re taking our unique, proprietary datasets and using them to help clients make smarter, faster decisions. We’re translating insights into action that drives real measurable success. We’re finding new ways to help our clients compete and win.

What This Means for Our Clients

This is about helping our clients make bold moves with confidence. It’s about giving them the tools to spot opportunities, navigate challenges, and execute strategies with precision.

Our new capabilities empower clients to:

  • Scenario Modelling – Simulate different strategies to understand potential outcomes before making critical decisions.

  • Translating Insight Into Action – Move beyond data and insights to drive strategic, impactful actions.

  • Smarter, Faster Decisions – Respond quickly and confidently to market changes.

A Strategic Leap Forward

For me, this is more than just an exciting project. It’s about unlocking value that genuinely helps our clients compete and succeed. It’s about giving them tools that are smarter, faster, and more insightful, bridging the gap between insight and action.

This is just the beginning. We’re committed to continuous innovation, exploring new ways to use data, and helping our clients stay ahead of the game. Our mission is simple: to make our clients the best-informed, best-prepared, and most competitive players in the market.

We’re continuing to explore new ways to use AI, machine learning, and our powerful data assets to create even more valuable tools for our clients and new ways of viewing the market.

I couldn’t be more excited about what’s coming next and the new opportunities we’re creating for our clients.

If you would like to talk more about how these new capabilities can help you to optimise, compete, find, keep and own your unique competitive space, drop me a line.

Apollo launches soon!
