Consumer Intelligence, acclaimed independent insight business for financial services, has announced not one, but two promotions within their integral Partnerships team.
William Hodder, who joined the Consumer Intelligence team in 2018, began his new position as Partnerships Team Leader this month. His new role will be to manage the Consumer Intelligence Partnerships team, who are tasked with managing the commercial relationships with clients. The collective team objective is to ensure that all Consumer Intelligence clients receive outstanding service which meets their organisation's specific requirements.
Of his new position, William says: "I am delighted to be able to move into a position whereby my team will be working with the vast majority of the UK insurance market, and major price comparison websites. I am particularly excited about coaching and managing a new team to support the growth of the business."
Jack Barkley-Smith joined the company at the end of 2019 in the role of Client Executive. In his new role of Client Manager, he will be taking on a more senior role within the Partnerships Team, working with some of the UK’s largest Insurers to understand both what Consumer Intelligence data can show, and how the insight it provides can benefit each individual client.
Jack says: "I am particularly excited to be working with insurers, brokers and brands that cover such a vast array of markets, be that home, motor, pet or travel insurance. Whatever the requirement, I am looking forward to showing Consumer Intelligence’s abilities to assist our clients in an ever-changing industry."
Paul Walker, CCO of Consumer Intelligence, says: “Both Will and Jack have demonstrated their value to our client base and the team here at Consumer Intelligence. One of our priorities is that people thrive, always, and I’m committed to their personal development as they continue to contribute to our growth."
Consumer Intelligence clients include most of the UK’s biggest insurers as well as brokers, aggregators, data agencies and financial institutions. Governments and regulators, including the FCA, publish and rely upon Consumer data to help manage the market and the economy.
