It’s almost been a year since we started tracking the impact of the pandemic on consumer behaviour. As we look towards creating the next iteration of the survey, Emma Hart, Senior Consumer Research Executive at Consumer Intelligence, shares what we’ve learnt from consumers over the last 12 months in the following video.

Following the latest Government announcement outlining the country’s exit plan for lockdown, we have begun the process of updating our COVID-19 consumer behaviour tracker to allow us to accurately monitor consumer trends as restrictions lift and turn them into actionable insights for our clients.

However, we want to make sure we’re tracking the things that you want to know about, so we’re inviting you to submit suggestions for questions we could include in the next iteration of the tracker. Not only that, but if your question is included, you’ll receive the data and insights it generates for free!

Maybe you want to know how your customers are planning to manage their finances going forward, maybe you would like to know how they perceive the response of the industry, or whether they are planning to make changes at their new insurance renewal. The world is your oyster. Please click here to complete the suggestions form.
