In November 2018, we partnered with The Digital Insurer's Global LIVEFEST to gain a better understanding of how customers are feeling about their digital experience with insurers compared to other sectors.

In a survey of 1,637 insurance customers, we confirm that trust in the insurance market is at an all-time low and UK insurance customers seem to have a very cynical view when it comes to the digital experience.
