Customers rated their insurer based on the statement “I trust this company” on a scale of 1 to 5, with a 5 being “strongly agree”.
This year, we welcome a few new entrants to the top 10 for motor: The AA, Sainsbury’s Bank and Sheilas’ Wheels but the top 10 in home features the same insurers as last year, who have a provided a consistently great service. You can view 2019’s winners here.
The average scores for the top 10 insurance companies were 8.12 for home, and 7.97 for motor. Across the market we saw average scores of 7.76 and 7.67, respectively.
Customer trust has increased slightly across the home market and has remained the same for motor, which is good news for insurers.
