The objective

Our client was looking to develop a new strategy and was particularly impressed by another player. They asked CI to conduct a comprehensive full operating model benchmarking between themselves and the other player.

 


The approach

Developed benchmarking framework covering all elements of the operating model: customer segments, propositions, • Pricing, distribution, financials, etc.
• Evaluated performance for both players in each area, leveraging CI benchmarks, custom research and industry sources
• Developed report covering key similarities, differences and learnings

 


The impact

The research provided clear understanding of similarities and differences between client and other player, along with recommendations, which helped shape senior management thinking on the future strategy.
