Frequently asked questions.

What kind of research is it?

We run the cost of living survey once a fortnight, collecting responses from a nationally representative sample of 1,000 consumers each time.  Their feedback allows us to track changing sentiments, attitudes, and behaviours as we move through the cost of living crisis.

How is the research conducted?

We use our own consumer panel, Viewsbank. Viewsbank is a social forum where consumers are offered small incentives to complete surveys, projects, and Mystery Shopping assignments on a range of subjects and industries. Find out more here: Viewsbank

How often are you running the survey?

We run the tracker on a fortnightly basis to ensure we capture changing trends as they happen. The downloadable report, which includes overall figures, is updated on a monthly basis. If you would like to speak to one of the team about gaining access to the segmented demographic data (e.g. age and location) please tick the relevant box in the download form.

Can I run a different survey on the same panel?

Absolutely! Our Viewsbank panel is a valuable resource for our clients. Whether you're looking for a snapshot in time or want to track changing consumer behaviour, we can gather the intelligence you need to make confident business decisions.
