We run the cost of living survey once a fortnight, collecting responses from a nationally representative sample of 1,000 consumers each time. Their feedback allows us to track changing sentiments, attitudes, and behaviours as we move through the cost of living crisis.

We run the tracker on a fortnightly basis to ensure we capture changing trends as they happen. The downloadable report, which includes overall figures, is updated on a monthly basis.
