Leading financial services insight partner, Consumer Intelligence, proudly announces the appointment of Jon Read as Client Partner. With the introduction of Jon to our Client Partnerships team, we expect his wealth of experience in customer care to help innovate new ideas and approaches in projects to come.  

Jon’s background includes seven years working in SaaS, and most recently in the role of Head of Customer Services. Bringing with him a plethora of knowledge when it comes to client relations, Jon’s expertise covers driving client engagement, improving product offerings and delivery processes, account support, operation performances and more. Jon has previously worked with brands such as Aston Martin, Honda and Field Fisher when employed by Microsoft Partners.
