Putting Customer Satisfaction First Lands Consumer Intelligence Up For National Recognition

Consumer Intelligence, an award-winning data analytics company in the insurance and financial services sectors, has been shortlisted for an award in partnership with price comparison website GoCompare at the world’s biggest Customer Experience event.

The company will compete for The Best Customers At The Heart of Everything — Project/Solution award at the UK Customer Experience Awards at Wembley Stadium on October 11th.

It has been nominated in partnership with GoCompare for its ground-breaking work on researching the best time for drivers to renew their car insurance and to save money on the right cover for their needs.

Consumer Intelligence’s four-week study established that a staggering 85% of motorists could save money up to £76 on their insurance by getting a quote a month before their renewal date rather than on the day.

Ian Hughes, Chief Executive of Consumer Intelligence said: “The GoCompare and Consumer Intelligence study has not only influenced consumer behaviour but has also made the insurance industry consider reviewing its pricing policies in the interest of fairness.

The UK Customer Experience Awards are now in their ninth year and established as the biggest customer experience event of its kind in the world. The awards finals and ceremony take place over a day at Wembley with up to 200 different presentations being scored by judges.
