During our webinar, in which we invited the FCA to provide clarity on the concept of fair value, we received an overwhelming number of questions from people across the industry on how they should respond.

So many, in fact, we decided to run an additional webinar to help accelerate the debate around fair value and tackle some of the burning, unanswered questions.

Catherine and Ian were joined by guest panellist James Yerkess from HAL Consulting, who brought his experience of how fair value was rolled out and responded to within the banking sector. In addition, our panel looked at the issue of fair value through the eyes of your customers. By exploring brand new research conducted by Consumer Intelligence, they established what consumers want, and how this aligns to what the regulator could demand.

Watch our webinar to see what burning questions were submitted both ahead of and during the live event.
