Here at Consumer Intelligence, we were delighted to be named winner of the Best Product/ Service Range Category at this year’s Best Business Awards.

The awards, administered by AwardsIntelligence, pride themselves on having a large panel of over 20 independent expert judges, who select winners according to strict criteria for each category and sector. Indeed, they are one of the UK’s highest profile accolades for private, public and third sector organisations.

Regarding our achievement of Best Product/ Service Range, the Chairman of the Judges said:

“Congratulations to specialist marketing company Consumer Intelligence Ltd for finding a niche market of benchmarking products where there is little data available, such as the price of the dollar or car insurance. By conducting its own mystery shopping and data gathering, it provides valuable information to its clients on opaque products. Working with the banks and insurance companies, Consumer Intelligence is disclosing information that is utterly priceless. The products it has developed have also become recognised as a standard of excellence, which is a real accolade.”

For over 10 years now, we’ve been helping financial services providers see the world through the eyes of their customers. These customers have ranged from the Office for National Statistics to HSBC and MoneySupermarket.com. To receive such recognition of the work that we do is priceless indeed.

We continue to work tirelessly in order to update our data and broaden our horizons, both in regards to the research that we perform, and the ways that we can make it help you. If you’re interested in what kind of services we offer, have a look around on our website, or contact us now.
